Were on the hunt for Document Specialists to join a fully-remote team supporting legal, medical, and corporate clients with formatting, organizing, and finalizing high-volume digital documents. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, clarity, and turning chaos into clean, professional files. What You'll Do:

• Format raw documents using Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs templates
• Organize scanned files, handwritten notes, and digital submissions into readable, polished outputs
• Apply branding, font, spacing, and layout standards to all files
• Review documents for missing information or inconsistencies
• Tag and upload completed documents into client-specific portals or drives
• Communicate with project coordinators to confirm specs or handle clarifications

Must-Have Traits:

• Solid typing ability (45+ WPM preferred, not required)
• Obsessive attention to formatting, layout, and structure
• Comfort using cloud platforms (Google Workspace, MS Office, Dropbox)
• Strong written communication skills grammar checkers are your friend
• Ability to manage your own time and hit deadlines without constant check-ins

Helpful But Not Required:

• Experience with formatting legal, academic, or business docs
• Familiarity with PDF editing or text extraction tools
• Eye for typography, spacing, or layout design
