Job Description

Salary: $64,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or 4 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated expertise as a PLC Programmer in an industrial environment
• Skilled in using PLC programming tools, such as Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, and Siemens
• Familiarity with HMI design and development tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team and across various departments
• Knowledge of industrial processes, machinery, and control systems
• Readiness to travel to project sites as needed
• Adherence to all safety and regulatory standards
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using programming languages like Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block
• Create, develop, and sustain HMI systems in conjunction with PLC systems
• Collaborate with automation engineers to construct and implement control systems
• Debug and resolve issues in PLC and HMI software to guarantee optimal performance
• Maintain and update existing systems and provide post-deployment support
• Interpret and analyze control system and HMI specifications
• Ensure that all automated systems comply with industry safety regulations
• Work alongside team members and other departments on project developments
• Document and keep records of PLC and HMI program changes and updates
• Provide training and guidance to technical staff and operators on system utilization and troubleshooting
