Job Description

What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably within commercial construction, building materials, government contracting (doors, frames, and hardware highly preferred).
Prior experience with physical and force protection standards desired.
2+ years of management experience leading and mentoring a team.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading, technical specifications, and building code requirements.
Proven experience in customer or contractor-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail with a track record of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with ERP systems and quoting tools; advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of production processes and product configurations is a plus.
DoD (Department of Defense), DoS (Department of State), or DHS (Department of Homeland Security) security clearance preferred.
