**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will be responsible for refurbishing used paper mill machine parts, welding components, and assembling them as needed. You will work from blueprints daily and must be flexible with your welds, performing both MIG and TIG welding depending on the project. Additionally, you will conduct your own inspections to ensure quality. **Responsibilities** + Refurbish used paper mill machine parts by welding and assembling components. + Work from blueprints and perform MIG and TIG welding as needed. + Perform inspections on completed work to ensure quality and adherence to standards. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience with TIG, Flux Core, and MIG welding on stainless and carbon steel. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and protractors. + ASME Certification in stainless and carbon steel MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficient in welding techniques and blueprint reading. + Attention to detail and strong inspection skills. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr. 401. Medical. Dental.
