**Job Title: Order Picker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker responsible for picking, packing, and stocking a variety of items in a dynamic warehouse environment. The role involves handling items ranging from large metal or PVC piping to smaller fasteners or endcaps, depending on the project phase. **Responsibilities** + Use RF scan gun to locate inventory accurately. + Pick, pack, and pull item types and quantities correctly. + Operate pallet-jack, fork-lift, and push cart based on inventory type. + Organize staging area by priority. + Maintain a clean work environment, including sweeping and mopping. + Operate computers at the will-call booth. + Assist customers, both internal and external, with item look-ups, availability, and order placement. **Essential Skills** + Preferred experience in warehouse or labor. + Ability to count accurately. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Experience with RF devices and forklift operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in receiving is a focus for this position. + Order picking, warehouse, and RF device experience is ideal. + Proficiency in English communication. + Capability to maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs. **Why Work Here?** This is a great long-term opportunity with significant professional growth potential. The job requires working both indoors and outdoors, regardless of the weather conditions, and can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
