TEXANS CROWN TOWING is seeking a committed Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional towing services to customers in need, ensuring their vehicles are safely transported to their desired locations. Your professionalism and technical skills will be vital in representing our brand positively while assisting drivers in distress.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to towing requests and safely operate a tow truck.
• Load, secure, and transport vehicles with care and precision.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during every interaction.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of towing equipment to guarantee safety and efficiency.
• Fill out necessary reports and documentation for towing operations.
• Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
• Assist with roadside assistance and troubleshooting basic vehicle issues when possible.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in towing or roadside assistance is highly desirable.
• Expert driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
