Job Summary

Summary: THE LOFTS LINE ATTENDANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING THE TEAM LEADS ORGANIZE AND PUT AWAY ANY PRODUCT THAT IS DELIVERED TO THE WORKING AREA BEFORE EVENT STARTS. LINE ATTENDANTS WILL COLLECT FOOD FROM THE KITCHEN AND TAKE IT TO THE DINING AREAS WHERE THEY WILL TEMP IT AND PUT IT OUT ON THE BUFFET LINES. LINE ATTENDANTS WILL ENSURE THAT THE INDIVIDUAL LOFTS ARE FULLY SET WITH FOOD, SODA, AND WATER PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH EVENT. YOU WILL ENSURE THAT THE LINES STAY STOCKED, PRESENTABLE, AND CLEAN DURING THE ENTIRETY OF THE EVENT. WHEN THE EVENT HAS ENDED, THE LINE ATTENDANTS WILL HELP TEAR DOWN EACH BUFFET LINE AND RETURN ANY UNOPENED PRODUCT TO THE KITCHENS AND PANTRIES. HELP CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL BUFFET LINES, SWEEP AND MOP ALL AREAS BEHIND BUFFET LINES. YOU WILL BE TRAINED ON HOW TO DO ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS AND THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A MANAGER ON DUTY THAT WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR NEEDS THAT YOU MAY HAVE. 

Key Duties & Responsabilities:

• Set-up buffet lines in social dining room and individual lofts before event. 
• Temp cold and hot food to ensure that it is at proper temperature for health code requirements. 
• Put away and organize product that will be used during shift. 
• Keep buffet lines in social loft stocked and presentable during the duration of the event. 
• Take down and clean up the buffet lines in the socail dining room and individual lofts after the event has ended. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers Permit
• Must obtain valid Uah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate if 21 years of age or older. 
• Must be able to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs during shift. 
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Must be able to work all Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth Home Games.
