Position: Scrum Master

Job description:
• The Scrum Master will work closely with the customer project POC’s, and the cross-functional project team.
• The Scrum Master will ensure that the project is aligned with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the projects, ensuring that all milestones and objectives are met effectively and efficiently. By maintaining strong lines of communication and a collaborative spirit and can work together to achieve our project goals successfully.
• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role.
• Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment, preferred.
• Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.), preferred.
