Position: RTRO, a thriving Los Angeles-based startup, is on the search for a proficient React Native Engineer to elevate our Ecommerce iOS application. Despite our LA roots, we’re offering a remote position specifically for candidates located in San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain a high-performance Ecommerce iOS application with React Native.
• Work harmoniously with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to roll out new features and improvements.
• Deliver clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Diagnose and debug application issues to enhance performance and user experience.
• Implement responsive designs, ensuring consistent user experiences across various devices.
• Boost the app’s performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in React Native and contribute fresh ideas to the group.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience with React Native, with a significant emphasis on iOS applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of mobile development concepts, including APIs, authentication, and data management.
• Proven experience in integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with mobile app performance optimization methods.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app deployment to the Apple App Store.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with a team.

Preferable Skills:

• Experience with Ecommerce platforms and payment integrations.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Knowledge of Android development and cross-platform optimizations.

Compensation:

• Salary range from $140,000 - $152,000 annually in San Francisco, CA, depending on experience.
