Job Description

• Bachelor’s or higher degree required and must be in related Communications, Digital Media, Audio Visual Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, sound production, lighting, and/or editing.
• Produce media content that meet the objectives of the scope.
• Manage all aspects of production from concept through completion and ensure the project is on time and budget with adequate staffed resources and equipment.
• The Producer should be multi- disciplined and able to cover multiple major functions within a studio production environment and have availability to work outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
• Demonstrate proficiency with professional video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proven expertise in shooting, writing, clipping and editing to create compelling stories across both broadcast and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content, secure high-profile interviews, and consistently perform under tight deadlines, covering a diverse range of topics (e.g., news, health, policy, science).
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline
