**The Opportunity**
We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of something from day one - shape the culture, grow with the business, and earn what they're worth.
You'll own your patch. Book your own meetings, run your own pipeline, close your own deals. No micromanagement. No corporate nonsense. Just results.
You'll be supported by a global team - Rev Ops feeding you leads, BDRs booking additional meetings, recruitment delivering candidates. But you're the closer.

**What You'll Be Doing**
* Prospecting and generating pipeline
* Booking and running discovery calls
* Closing deals
* Building relationships with clients across the US, UK, EU, and ANZ
**What We're Looking For**
* B2B sales experience - staffing, recruitment, advertising, or professional services ideal
* Full-cycle sales experience - you've prospected, pitched, and closed
* You've hit targets before and you've got the numbers to prove it
* Comfortable on the phone and on video
* Self-starter - nobody's going to chase you to do your job
