Cannonball Recruiting is directly hiring a Mold Maker to join a dynamic team in Berks County, PA. As a Mold Maker, you will play a crucial role in the production process by creating high-quality molds that meet our specifications and standards. Shift : 6:30am - 3:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate molds using various materials and techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Operate CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines to create mold components.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on molds to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize mold designs.
• Maintain and repair existing molds to extend their lifespan and functionality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mold making or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Mold Maker or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mold design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and other machining tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You should be proficient in:

• Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
• Injection Molding Experience
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Injection Molding Machine
• Extrusion Machine
