Position Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace composite production and development programs. This role focuses on achieving zero-defect manufacturing through robust process design, advanced technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement solutions for complex manufacturing challenges
Support production integration and resolve supplier-related issues
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances
Design tooling and production plans using established engineering methods
Contribute to product development activities including quoting, configuration changes, and first article inspections
Drive Lean initiatives and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
U.S. Person status required (ITAR compliance)

Preferred Skills

Experience with aerospace composites or polymers
Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Leadership experience or mentoring background
Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles
