Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be the trusted advisor who helps clients understand their insurance options, select the right policies, and feel confident that their needs are protected. You’ll manage the full cycle of policy sales, renewals, and claims support while building long-term relationships based on trust and service excellence.

• Identify and assess client needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Manage policy sales, renewals, adjustments, and cancellations
• Provide guidance and support during the claims process
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients

What We’re Looking For:

Knowledge of various insurance products, including:

Life Insurance – Protects beneficiaries financially after a loss

Health Insurance – Covers medical expenses

Property & Casualty Insurance – Safeguards homes, cars, and businesses

Liability Insurance – Covers damages or negligence claims

Auto Insurance – Protects against accident-related financial burdens

Long-Term Disability Insurance – Provides income protection during disability

• Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
