Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned ETL/ELT Test Manager or Lead to drive the validation of enterprise data and application migration from Oracle and Netezza to Snowflake, and oversee the transformation of ETL mappings from IBM DataStage to Matillion and dbt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing test execution, and ensuring data integrity across platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:


Migration & Transformation Validation:
Lead testing efforts for data migration from Oracle and Netezza to Snowflake.
Validate transformation logic and data consistency post-migration.
Ensure ETL mappings from IBM DataStage are accurately re-engineered in Matillion and dbt.


Test Strategy & Planning:
Define comprehensive Test Strategy covering functional, regression, performance, and data validation testing.
Create and maintain detailed Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
Establish automated and manual testing frameworks for ELT pipelines.
