# Estimator / Preconstruction VA
**Available Full-Time or Part-Time • Remote (Philippines)**
**We're a General Contracting** firm serving commercial, residential, and government projects across Middle Tennessee. We self-perform concrete, framing, drywall, and small civil scopes, and we are expanding our estimating capacity as we grow into more commercial and government work

We are hiring an **experienced Estimator VA** from the Philippines to support our preconstruction and bidding workflow.
## Responsibilities
* Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, framing, drywall, finishes, and small civil scopes
* Review plans, drawings, and specifications
* Prepare cost estimates (labor, materials, equipment)
* Build bid forms, scope sheets, alternates, and clarifications
* Assist with subcontractor quote sourcing and comparisons
* Organize bid folders, documents, and submission packages
* Maintain bid logs and deadlines
* Provide admin support for the bidding workflow mapped in our foundation plan
## Required Experience
* 3+ years estimating experience
* Experience with US commercial or residential construction projects
* Strong understanding of CSI divisions
* Bluebeam proficiency is required
* Excellent reading of plans and specs
* Familiarity with GC bidding workflows and document organization
Bonus Experience
* ConstructConnect or PlanHub
* Government contracts, RFP/RFQ/SOW familiarity
* Experience supporting small or lean GC teams
## Skills Needed
* Strong English communication
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Fast and accurate with deadlines
* Comfortable working independently
* Able to overlap at least 4 hours with US Central Time
