USA DeBusk is a best-in-class mechanical and industrial cleaning services provider specializing in servicing the downstream energy market. We offer the full suite of maintenance and turnaround services, including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation, chemical cleaning, PEPTM polymer extraction service, vacuum services, tank cleaning, degassing/vapor control, FCC catalyst handling and transportation, and specialty turnaround services. Founded in 2012, USA DeBusk currently has field offices in 22 cities and continues to provide services internationally.

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team and help protect our organization’s critical systems and data. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical foundation and a passion for proactive security measures and a passion for continuous learning.

• Act as the primary escalation point for security incidents originating from the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Monitor network traffic and security alerts to identify potential threats.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation strategies.
• Perform regular audits of systems and security controls to ensure compliance
• Maintain and update security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure system configurations.
• Document findings, incident reports, and compliance metrics for internal and external audits.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and protocols.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and implementation strategies.
• Exposure to threat intelligence platforms and incident response workflows.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to security challenges.

Physical Requirements:

• Required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand, and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
• Required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands.
• Requires specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Will spend time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
• On call 24/7 as needed.
