Role Overview :
The primary job responsibilities of a Claims Investigator are to investigate unemployment issues. This involves reaching out to claimants, employers, and third-party administrators. An ideal candidate can work independently, make decisions quickly, and can work through claims expeditiously. This involves sedentary work, using both telephone and computer skills all day, to complete your tasks.
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
