### What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in Go (Golang).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an independent, creative mindset.

### Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, But Not Required)
- Experience building arbitrage bots, liquidation bots, wallets, or other crypto-related products.
- Familiarity with running Ethereum nodes or modifying node codebases.
- Hands-on experience with automated crypto trading and DeFi protocols.
