Warehouse Manager – Grocery Distribution (Cold Storage)

Location: Goodyear, AZ
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 5:00pm – 1:30am
Compensation: $75,000 base + bonuses (approx. $90K annually)
Environment: Cold storage / refrigerated warehouse

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Grocery Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in a high-volume, cold storage distribution center. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience in a grocery warehouse environment and a strong background in warehouse logistics or supply chain management, including supervisory or management experience.

Only applicants with grocery or cold storage warehouse experience will be considered.
This is not an entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a warehouse team in daily operations

• Ensure safety compliance and enforce all protocols

• Oversee inventory control, product movement, and order accuracy

• Supervise receiving, storage, and shipping processes

• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet operational goals

• Train and coach team members for growth and efficiency

• Perform regular audits and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

? Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a grocery or cold storage warehouse
? At least 1 year in a leadership role (Supervisor, Lead, or Manager)
? Strong understanding of warehouse logistics or supply chain operations
? Familiarity with earnings based on productivity
? Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold environments
? Reliable and available for Sunday–Thursday PM shift
