Pay: $70,000 – $72,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials and supplies. The Warehouse Manager will ensure a smooth and consistent operation where parts and products are properly located, handled, and delivered to the appropriate departments in a timely and efficient manner. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and measure warehouse and receiving performance for accuracy in reports, material movement, and transfers.
• Ensure all materials are stored properly to conserve space and maintain compliance with safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation and verify materials are staged correctly for counting and inspection.
• Monitor unloading and receiving operations to ensure all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports in collaboration with the Accounting Department .
• Supervise workflow from receiving through inventory control to ensure timely data entry and material movement.
• Manage material transfers between receiving, warehouse, and production departments.
• Enforce and model safety standards and housekeeping practices across all warehouse areas.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position includes direct supervisory responsibilities . The Warehouse Manager will oversee warehouse staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training to maintain performance standards and ensure operational excellence.

Work Environment

This role operates in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles typical of metal fabrication facilities.
• Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields , and OSHA-compliant safety footwear .

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand for long periods and frequently walk, bend, kneel, or stoop .
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Must have good vision and depth perception to safely manage warehouse operations.
