This role ensures all vehicles are clean, polished, and presented to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Wash and clean vehicle exteriors, including windows and doorjambs * Apply wax and polish to vehicle surfaces, buffing as needed * Vacuum interiors and clean upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces using appropriate products * Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or interior damage and report findings to management * Dress tires and remove protective films or shipping materials * Maintain showroom and lot vehicles in clean, ready-to-display condition * Remove window stickers from sold vehicles and take photos for online listings * Keep the detail shop organized, clean, and ensure all dealership tools and equipment are accounted for * Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record * Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Professional appearance and demeanor * Good judgment and time management skills Working Conditions This position requires frequent physical activity, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, squatting, and entering/exiting vehicles throughout the day. The role involves working with multiple vehicles in varying weather conditions.
