Job Description

Joseph Buick GMC has an opening for a Qualified General Motors Transmission Technician. This opening is for an experienced Transmission Technician. General Motors Experienced preferred but can fast track training for the right individual. This is a great opportunity to grow with a reputable dealership that values your expertise and supports your career! Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

Diagnosing, removing, disassembling, and performing internal automatic transmission repairs.
Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and operate properly.
Conduct multi-point inspections and document recommendations.
Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts Professionals, and other Technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.
Properly document services and repairs performed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous Automotive Transmission Technician experience.
ASE certification(s) a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
