Description -Assist with processing vehicle titles using the respective states/DMVS guidelines i a timely and accurate manner -Prepare documents and update existing loan records -Assist with communication between BCU and 3rd party partners for assistance of Title perfection or Product claims -Support and guide frontline departments with problem solving in a timely manner through emails and TEAMS -Review, sort and file all on-site mail to imaging or titles department -Engage and assist team with best member experience -Meet and exceed service level standards Skills Banking, Clerical, Administrative support, title, title process, Data entry, Microsoft office, Administrative skills, Loan documentation, symitar, dealerships, loan processing, financial services Top Skills Details Banking,Clerical,Administrative support,title,title process Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVEs --collections experience // credit union or banking experience // titles or registration experience // if we needed to go the route of general office admin (or office manager) experience that's fine -Computer skills, MS Office -HS Diploma or GED NICE TO HAVEs -Financial service experience -Symitar experience (working within a credit union) -Salesforce, TruStage, Accelerant, LifeCycle experience -College Education Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Vernon Hills, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
