Now Hiring: Title Clerk (Full-Time)

Location: Arrowhead Lexus
Schedule: MondayFriday flexible hours
Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience)

Arrowhead Lexus is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk to join our accounting team. This full-time role includes title processing accounts receivable daily deposits and serving as a backup biller. We offer a professional environment with flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit all title and registration work
• Handle AR posting reconciliations and daily deposits
• Serve as backup biller; process new/used vehicle deals
• Submit delivery reporting incentives warranty payments and lien payoffs
• Maintain accurate schedules and records (inventory We Owe A/R 8300 forms)
• Work with customers lenders and internal departments
• Support various office functions and administrative duties

Qualifications

• Prior dealership title clerk AR or billing experience preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Pre-Hire Requirements

• Valid AZ Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
