Job Description

We are looking for a Textile CAD Designer for apparel, sleepwear and intimates- Freelance for a top fashion company in New York, New York!

Responsibilities:

Support the creation of seasonal surface assortments.
Aid in providing appropriate branded product ranges related to the overall concept and business strategy; Print, color and graphics coverage for new / existing product lines.
Apply a solid working knowledge of fashion trends and consumer needs to print and pattern designs.
Responsible for the accuracy of presentations, floorset decks, spek packs, and any tools needed to develop print / color / graphics with our supplier base at a select level.

Required Qualifications:

BFA Textile Design, Design, or similar degree.
1-5 years relevant experience.
Extremely detail-oriented and able to manage large amounts of design tools to ensure product accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
Team-oriented individual.
Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically photoshop and illustrator and Nedgraphics
