Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, fostering collaboration and clinical excellence
Mentor and support therapists and assistants, promoting professional growth and engagement
Ensure efficient, patient-centered operations and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
Oversee scheduling, documentation, productivity, and quality assurance
Encourage innovative, evidence-based approaches to therapy and functional recovery

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wisconsin
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred—or strong interest in developing leadership skills
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing or senior living settings
