Job Description

As a Headspa Therapist at Crown & Raine, you will deliver a premium, immersive relaxation experience through specialized scalp treatments, massaging techniques, aroma therapy, and luxury wash rituals. You are responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining a calming environment, and ensuring each client leaves refreshed, restored, and excited to return. Responsibilities:

• Perform all Crown & Raine signature headspa treatments with excellence
• Deliver consistent, soothing scalp, neck, and shoulder massage techniques
• Conduct client consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Maintain a pristine, relaxing treatment environment
• Provide professional product recommendations and upsells when appropriate
• Educate clients on scalp health, hair care routines, and aftercare
• Track and encourage client rebooking
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are upheld
• Work collaboratively with hosts and management to ensure seamless service flow

Qualifications:

• Experience in massage therapy, esthetics, cosmetology, or spa services
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Gentle, nurturing, and client-focused demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Willingness to learn and master Crown & Raine’s signature techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
