• Rate: $36.00/hour.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Previous experience in behavioral health or long-term care preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong observational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications or delegate to qualified UAPs (CMA, RMA, med aide, med tech).
• Conduct physical health assessments and screenings; obtain samples as needed.
• Communicate with MD/NP/PA for medical orders.
• Provide individual, group, and family education on medications and health processes.
• Document care and support activities in the EHR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case support.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and caution staff on potential breaches.
• Provide crisis intervention consultation to team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
