About this Position: Position/Specialty: Endoscopy RN 10-18 case per day per room. Shift: 36hrs - 4x9h (730A - 5P)- Day off Variable. Weekend REQ: when on call Is on-call REQ? Yes, some weeknight (1-2 per month and 1 weekend every 2-3 months). Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? possible to float for like needs/units Floating Req to Sister Facilities: possible to float to like units Required/Preferred: Years of experience REQ: 1 year First-timers accepted: NO Certifications REQ: Compact/State Licensure; ACLS; BLS Experience REQ: EPIC & PRC Circulate, Bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, EGD, Monitor/Administer/Recover Conscious Sedation Olympus Scopes & Processors RADIOLOGY BADGE - REQUIRED ****RAD BADGES MUST BE PROVIDED BY AGENCY**** Misc.: Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/units needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Hospital Highlights: Type of Facility: Teaching Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma: Magnet, Teaching and Level 1 Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 865 Scrub Color: Facility will provide scrubs Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Nights and weekends cost only. Onetime payment of $20 for a parking pass. Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
