Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Colorado Springs, CO
Job Summary:
At ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy, we are dedicated to empowering children with unique abilities to thrive through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in helping our young clients discover and develop their superpowers. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RBT to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Assist in creating and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Collaborate with BCBA and treatment team to modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress
Provide support and training to family members and caregivers
Stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and implement evidence-based strategies
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience working with children with special needs or a related field
RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Ability to work part-time and full-time schedules as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
