This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Red Hat Training and Certification Delivery Manager in India .

In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of Red Hat training programs and certification exams, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants. You will manage a team of instructors and coordinators, drive continuous improvements in training processes, and maintain alignment with strategic goals. Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, you will tailor programs to meet specific needs and resolve any delivery issues. The role also involves integrating practical, hands-on labs and use cases to enhance learning outcomes, while leveraging data and analytics to monitor success. This position combines leadership, client engagement, and technical expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment, providing the opportunity to shape the professional growth of both learners and instructors. Occasional travel and flexible scheduling may be required to support global training initiatives.

Accountabilities:

• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and delivery of Red Hat training programs and certification exams
• Ensure training sessions meet quality standards and are delivered by certified instructors
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of training coordinators and instructors, conducting performance reviews and fostering collaboration
• Act as the main client contact for training and certification inquiries, customizing programs to client needs and resolving issues
• Develop and implement hands-on labs and real-world use cases to enhance practical learning
• Identify and implement process improvements, staying current with Red Hat technologies and training trends
• Maintain records, generate reports, and analyze data to optimize training effectiveness and certification outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training delivery management, preferably in IT
• Proven experience with Red Hat technologies and certification programs
• Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and clients
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in training management software and tools
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including GitHub
• Preferred: RHCE or RHCA certification, experience with e-learning platforms, and knowledge of instructional design principles
