In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of Red Hat training programs and certification exams, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants. You will manage a team of instructors and coordinators, drive continuous improvements in training processes, and maintain alignment with strategic goals. Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, you will tailor programs to meet specific needs and resolve any delivery issues. The role also involves integrating practical, hands-on labs and use cases to enhance learning outcomes, while leveraging data and analytics to monitor success. This position combines leadership, client engagement, and technical expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment, providing the opportunity to shape the professional growth of both learners and instructors. Occasional travel and flexible scheduling may be required to support global training initiatives.
