Quality Manager

Tulsa, OK | Pay $70,000 Annually | Day Shift

We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead our quality department and ensure all products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and AS9100 standards. This role is key to supporting production goals while maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily inspection activities (first article, in-process, and final inspections)
• Lead, train, and mentor quality inspectors, fostering a team-focused culture
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and support customer/regulatory audits
• Manage calibration systems, inspection records, and documentation
• Investigate nonconforming products, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to prevent delays and improve processes
• Maintain strong communication across teams and with leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 2 years in leadership
• Experience with CNC machining, sheet metal, and tight tolerances on machined parts
• Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of GD&T
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SME tools, and layout inspections
• Hands-on experience with AS9100 quality systems
• NDT or Weld Inspector certifications a plus, but not required
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the shop floor
