Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process across various projects. As a Production Assistant, you will work closely with producers, directors, and other crew members, assisting in the coordination of all production-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation and scheduling of crew and equipment.
• Manage inventory and distribution of production supplies.
• Support the cast and crew with their needs on set during filming.
• Document production progress by taking notes and capturing photos when required.
• Help in organizing and archiving production materials and documents.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
