Deliver first-class service with a premium touch! As a Premium Manager, you will oversee high-end suite, club and catering operations, ensuring that each guest enjoys an elite and personalized experience. You’ll manage premium spaces, lead a service-driven team, and collaborate with culinary and operations departments to provide outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage suite, club-level and catering operations for all events
Lead and train premium service staff
Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction standards
Coordinate with culinary and operations for execution
Monitor setup, execution, and breakdown of premium areas
Address guest requests and service issues efficiently
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
2–3 years of experience in premium service or food & beverage management
Familiarity with suite service, POS systems, and event logistics
ServSafe and alcohol service certifications preferred
