Job Description

Salary: $64,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 4 years of related experience
• Proven track record as a PLC Programmer in an industrial setting
• Proficiency with PLC programming tools such as Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, and Siemens
• Experience in HMI design and development tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Familiarity with industrial processes, machinery, and control systems
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using various programming languages, including Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block
• Design, create, and maintain Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems in conjunction with PLC systems
• Collaborate with automation engineers to design and implement control systems
• Debug and troubleshoot PLC and HMI software to optimize system performance
• Maintain and update existing systems while providing post-implementation support
• Interpret and understand control system and HMI plans and specifications
• Ensure compliance of all automated systems with industry safety standards
• Coordinate project development with other team members and departments
• Document and manage revisions and updates to PLC and HMI programs
• Train and mentor technical personnel and operators on system usage and troubleshooting techniques
