$18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus benefits

Kennedy Painting, the largest residential painting company in St. Louis, is looking for a full-time Painter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with solid trade experience who takes pride in their craftsmanship and thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment. You'll work on both residential and commercial projects throughout the St. Louis area, handling prep work, painting, staining, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Quality Craftsmanship – Paint interior and exterior spaces with precision and care, following best practices for prep, application, and cleanup.
• Operate Tools with Confidence – Safely use ladders, boom lifts, spray guns, and other professional-grade equipment.
• Keep Workspaces Clean & Organized – Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional environment in customers' homes and businesses.
• Build Jobsite Efficiency – Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and exceed customer expectations.
• Contribute to Our Reputation – Represent Kennedy Painting with professionalism and pride on every job.

Painter Qualifications

• 1 + years of full-time experience at a professional painting company
• Valid driver's license and personal car insurance
• Reliable vehicle to get to job sites
• Smartphone for job communication and apps
• Ability to use and lift ladders up to 32 feet

Physical & Work Environment Details

• Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Regular walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and standing are required
• Work occurs at locations within 30 miles of Sunset Hills, MO
• Short-term exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and changing weather is possible (PPE required)
