**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Ocala Operations team\. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑mix, high‑volume circuit card, wiring harness, and electro‑assembly production across multi‑shift facilities\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving process stability, improving productivity, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college \- Or, no experience required with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college\. **Desired Skills:** \- CCA manufacturing experience in accordance with specification IPC\-A\-610 \- Cable and Harness manufacturing experience in accordance with IPC/WHMA\-A\-620 \- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings\. \- Ability to work with supply base\. \- Detail oriented personality \- Excellent process development and documentation skills\. \(MS Office\) \- Experienced with visual based work instructions \(creating and providing feedback\) \- Ability to use CAD software \(Creo and AutoCAD preferred\) \- Leadership experience\. \- Experience in a Manufacturing environment **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
