Requirements: 🎓

✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of inspection/measurement techniques.
✅ Working knowledge of material characteristics and special processes (e.g., thermal treatment of steel).
✅ Ability to assess machine tool capabilities and consult on tooling needs.
✅ Ability to efficiently communicate complex technical information.
