In this role, you'll be at the forefront of supporting maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations - driving continuous improvement, enhancing production efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will directly contribute to the performance and reliability of cutting-edge aerospace products. **What You'll Do** + Collaborate closely with customer manufacturing engineers on the shop floor to support aerospace product manufacturing. + Review and improve job instructions, tooling usage, and assembly processes for maximum efficiency and compliance. + Update and maintain detailed work instructions to reflect current engineering standards and practices. + Design, modify, and procure tooling as needed to support evolving production requirements. + Serve as an on-site technical liaison, providing guidance to operators and supporting teams to resolve issues and streamline workflow. + Ensure manufacturing processes align with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. **What You'll Bring** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. + 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering. + Strong understanding of tooling, assembly processes, and job instruction development. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
