What You'll Do + Ensure job site safety during fiber installation by spotting lifts and managing safe movement. + Block off areas with cones, move them as needed, and keep the site organized. + Support installers pulling cable and assist with low-voltage tasks as needed. What We're Looking For + Experience Required: Low-voltage or electrical background (school, work, or military experience). + Comfortable using tools and working in a construction environment. + Dependable & Focused: Show up on time, stay alert, and keep safety first. + Bonus Points: OSHA and Lift certifications, experience with Cat6 cabling. Work Environment + Active construction site-fast-paced and exciting! + Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (current team working 10-12-hour days, 5 days/week to meet deadlines). + Dress Code: Jeans, T-shirt, leather boots above the ankle, full PPE required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
