Private couple in Naples, FL/ Rochester, NY is seeking a Live- In Domestic Couple!

• Position: Full-Time Domestic Couple
• Schedule: 40/hours per week M-F with flexibility to adapt to the family’s needs
• Salary: $195,000-$220,000/year depending on experience, 2-3 weeks PTO, health benefit for the right candidate.
• Start Date: ASAP- Flexible for the right fit

*This position is live-in! They have a carriage house on both properties that you will live in separate from the main house*

About the Family
A warm, older couple with a simple, low-key lifestyle is seeking a dedicated Domestic Couple to join their household long-term. They divide their time between their homes in Naples, Florida (December–April) and Rochester, New York (May–November) and are looking for trustworthy, service-oriented professionals who will help maintain their residences and provide day-to-day support. The couple values loyalty, discretion, and a proactive, caring attitude. They also share their home with three small, friendly dogs

Responsibilities
As a Domestic Couple, you will work together to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of both residences. Responsibilities will include:

• Housekeeping & Home Care: Daily cleaning, organization, laundry, ironing, and upkeep of interiors (supporting existing housekeepers and taking on more duties as needed with potential retirements).
• Household Management: Overseeing vendors and contractors, monitoring home maintenance needs, handling basic troubleshooting (plumbing, light repairs, etc.), and ensuring both properties are well cared for year-round.
• Errands & Driving: Grocery shopping, driving the principals as needed, and managing household errands.
• General Support: Assisting with lifting or moving items, outdoor care, and being available to step in whenever extra help is needed.
• Personal Assistance: Offering a helping hand with day-to-day tasks, such as providing discreet assistance when mobility is challenging (e.g., helping up stairs or standing).
• Pet Care: Feeding, walking, and caring for the family’s three small dogs.
• Travel: Accompanying the couple between their Florida and New York residences and maintaining flexibility as schedules change.

Both individuals should be flexible, reliable, and willing to adapt as household staff transitions or needs evolve. Comfort around pets, the ability to handle both hands-on tasks and management responsibilities, and a genuine interest in caring for both the home and the couple’s well-being are key qualities for success in this role.
