Your Role

As the Lead Gutter Installer with All American Renovations, you’ll set the tone for your crew and make sure every project is completed with precision. Day to day, you will:

• Install and replace gutters, soffit, and fascia

• Hand-cut miters with accuracy

• Perform tear-offs and new installations

• Lead and support crew members on-site

• Handle caulking and painting as needed

• Maintain a safe, professional, and efficient job site

• Travel when required (all expenses paid)

• Report to work from Atlanta, GA 30315

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of gutter installation experience

• Skilled at hand-cutting miters

• Experience with tear-offs and installations

• Knowledge of soffit and fascia replacement, caulking, and painting

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check through First Advantage (Home Depot portal)

• Leadership ability and strong team mindset

• Willingness to travel when needed

• Looking for a long-term role with a stable company

• Bilingual is a plus but not required

• Sheet metal roofing experience is a plus but not required
