The Lamont Bros difference

We work in our client's homes every day--and most of them live through the remodeling process. The best fit is someone who is client-focused, empathetic, and cares deeply about the people they work with and for.

If you prefer a commercial jobsite where tobacco use, lewd humor, and strong language are common, this might not be the best fit for you. Our superintendents are ambassadors for Lamont's brand whenever they're on the jobsite or interacting with clients.

We seek client-focused craftsmen and innovators who take pride in their work and share in our company's core values:

  1. Listen well and communicate clearly
  2. Take care of the team
  3. Never stop learning
  4. Always do the right thing
  5. Do whatever it takes
  6. Build things that last
  7. Connect to people with empathy

Required skills and experience

With a variety of remodel projects ranging from kitchens to bathrooms to full-home renovations, you can expect to be constantly learning new skills and facing unique challenges. As the leader on-site for each project, you'll be expected not only to produce quality work but also to perform quality control checks for your team.

Excellent attention to detail, a firm understanding of remodeling, and fine-tuned finish carpentry skills will prepare you for success in this role.

Ideally, a strong candidate for a Remodel Superintendent position will have:

  • 3+ years of construction/carpentry experience
