About Landmark

Landmark is building a strong in-house renovation team to support a growing apartment portfolio. We lead from the field, not from desks.

This role is for a high-level craftsman who can lead crews, protect quality, and deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily jobsite execution

• Manage crew productivity and safety

• Maintain quality standards

• Train and develop team members

• Coordinate tasks and sequencing

• Provide daily photo updates and reporting

• Keep jobsites organized and protected

• Strong multi-trade experience

• Proven leadership on jobsites

• Excellent work ethic and focus

• Clear communication

• High standards

Communication Requirements

• Must have reliable iPhone access for daily photo reporting and team communication workflows.

• Must be reachable by phone and text during working hours.

• Avoid responsibility

• Let standards slip

• Struggle with leadership

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
