⭐ Position: Insurance Service Representative (CSR)

Full Time • Monday–Friday (8:00-5:00)• On-site in Madison, NE

*NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS*

As our CSR, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients. You’ll help with questions, changes, billing, certificates, claims support, and general account maintenance. You’ll also be trained in our systems, our processes, and our service standards so you can succeed and grow.

Your job will make a meaningful difference in people’s lives — families, farmers, homeowners, and business owners rely on us and your work will matter.

⭐ What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

• Support clients with policy changes, questions, billing, and documentation
• Prepare certificates, binders, ID cards, and other insurance documents
• Assist with claims reporting and follow-up
• Work within our agency management system — training provided
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters as needed
• Maintain organized, accurate client files
• Support the agency team with general administrative tasks

⭐ Qualifications

• Strong customer service or office experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with computers and learning new systems
• Insurance license is a plus — but not required (we provide training)
