Our clients, an executive couple, are searching for an experienced Housekeeper to replace their Housekeeper of 17 years who is relocating. They are located on Milwaukee's North Shore and are looking for someone to join their household team, which includes a property management team for their beautiful grounds. Responsibilities: Perform daily general and deep cleaning of the interior, keeping the house clean and organized at all times. Laundry 2x/week, including ironing of clothes and linens. Regularly check supply levels and monitor pantry, refrigerator, supply closets, bathrooms, etc., keeping the areas organized and restocking supplies as needed. Run errands as requested such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, FedEx/UPS, and any requests made by the Principals or Estate Manager. Perform gift shopping/wrapping, floral arranging, and houseplant care. Be the eyes and gatekeeper of the home, answering the door as needed. Communicate with the principals and property management team on daily tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications: Must have a reliable method of transportation to get to and from work. Prior experience in a similar position with verifiable references. Professional demeanor and a positive, can-do attitude. Sound knowledge on proper care protocols with the ability to care for antiques, artwork, crystal, fine china, silver, brass, marble, fine linens, and cookware, etc. Long-term intent. Flexible and able to accommodate changes in plans/routine with ease. Willing to perform any other duties as requested. Schedule: This is a full-time, Monday through Friday role with some flexibility to work between 30-40 hours/week based on preference and the needs of the family. Compensation: This is an hourly position from $35-$40/hour based on experience. Benefits are available.
