Who Should Apply? Social Workers with a minimum of two years experience in healthcare. Experience working (paid or volunteer) with the elderly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Job Location:Across Montrose county: HopeWest Social Workers provide care in patients' home settings.
