Graphic Designer – Product & Marketing

Location: Bethlehem, PA (In-office position)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Material Creation: Design day-to-day marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Product Design Support: Collaborate on product design projects, including packaging, labeling, and product graphics.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with our vendors to ensure that our products are designed and ordered correctly, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Website Updates: Manage and update content on our Amazon and Shopify websites, including product images, descriptions, and promotional banners.
  • Sales Material Development: Create compelling sales materials to support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Proactive Work Ethic: Identify opportunities for new projects during slower periods and tackle challenges with minimal supervision.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
 

Qualifications:

  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with updating and managing content on e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Vendor Relations: Experience working with vendors to coordinate product designs and orders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to independently find solutions and optimize processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and vendors.
  • Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently without constant guidance.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think creatively and strategically to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
