Global User Growth Manager job at OneOneTalk Limited Abroad, US

Job Description

3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition (preferably in edtech or consumer apps).
Familiar with SEO, ASO, CRM, and data analytics tools.
Global mindset with experience in multi-market operations (Asia, North America, Europe).
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. We’re looking for a Global User Growth Manager to accelerate OneOneTalk’s international expansion. In this role, you’ll design and execute growth strategies that attract, retain, and engage learners across multiple regions and languages. You’ll work across marketing, data, and product teams to drive sustainable user acquisition through digital channels, community programs, and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven global growth strategies.
Optimize user acquisition funnels, retention campaigns, and conversion paths.
Collaborate with local marketing teams and content creators to localize growth initiatives.
Analyze market trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to inform decisions.
Manage budgets and ensure ROI across paid and organic channels.
